If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, we require that you give 24 hours of advance notice. Please understand we expect you to pay for your missed time slot if 24 hours notice is not shared and we cannot fill your time slot.
We require a 50% deposit for the service at the time of booking when making a 3-hour or longer appointment.
By creating an account and providing your phone number in our system, you agree to receive text messages and phone calls and for your provided contact information to be available to our employees.
We offer salon credit on any product purchased at Volume Salon & Spa within two weeks of purchase.
Protective smocks are available at your request. We won't be held liable for damage to your clothing.
Gratuities may be added to your tender of cash, card, or check.
We have a zero refund policy on services provided at Volume Salon & Spa. However, if you have challenges or concerns with a service you received or a purchase, we ask that you contact us within seven days of receiving your service or making that purchase.
We politely ask young children not to wander about the salon unsupervised due to the use of sharp/hot tools and hazardous products. Please understand that it is a liability for which we will not be responsible. Children are prohibited from our spa room to relax our guests and artists.
Get a punch card when you check out at the front desk. Please understand cards that are not presented during check-out cannot be honored.
There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
